• Computer optimization guarantees the best possible design for a given envelope - Maximum Performance, Minimum Price.  In-house computer optimization and industry leading CAD/CAM/CAE tools allow us to rapidly create custom valves guaranteeing superior performance.  If you have special requirements, we can handle it. 
• 4500# Class allows for higher temperatures and pressures for a broader range of applications.  If your requirements demand superior performance, you should demand the Vulcan Valve. 
• Sizes range from 1/2" to 2 1/2" NPS.
• A higher Cv rating than the competition means a guaranteed lower pressure drop across the valve resulting in increased efficiency and reduced energy loss.  The bottom line is ... you save money. 
• An articulating gland prevents stem binding and galling during adjustments ensuring maximum performance and uptime. 
• Live loading on the packing assures sealing even when the packing consolidates over time.  Unlike many competitors who charge for this option live loading is a standard feature on the Vulcan Valve. 
• A unique stem and bearing isolation system means proper alignment of the stem and body and assures a leak free seal. 
• Pressed in seat minimizes the potential leak path while reducing overall manufacturing cost. 
• Mate lapped ball and seats for superior shutoff qualities.
• End connections are optimized to reduce concerns about post weld heat treatment.
• The Vulcan Valve is in full compliance with ASME B16.34.
• All Vulcan Valves are tested in-house to the requirements of MSS SP-61.
